Peter Malone
Peter is the Managing Director at Madison Mayfair and founded the company in 1995.  Since then the company has provided hospitality, executive search services to clients on a global basis.  Peter and the team work with major international clients to hire and retain senior executives in all disciplines throughout the hospitality sector.

During his career Peter has held senior Finance positions in well known hotel groups including Holiday Inn, Hilton International and ITT Sheraton throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa.   He is also a fellow of the British Association of Hospitality Accountants and of the Hotel and Catering Institute of Management.

Guy Lean
Guy has been a director at Madison Mayfair for nine years and during that time he has worked closely with clients in the hotel, hospitality, gaming and food and beverage markets internationally.  Working as a value adding partner Guy has helped these companies to build teams and achieve their company objectives through the hire and retention of impact players.

Guy has over 25 years experience in the executive search industry not only creating successful personnel solutions and consultancy for clients worldwide but also launching over 150 franchised recruitment businesses.  He has designed and delivered human resources and training programmes on hiring, business planning, training and sales all over the world.
