The hotel is set to become one of the region’s premier international leisure and MICE destinations.

This is far more than a traditional General Manager role. It is a rare opportunity to take centre stage in a landmark hospitality transformation — leading both the operational performance of a live hotel environment and the strategic repositioning of a major Riviera asset into a new luxury market segment.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the future identity, culture and commercial success of the property while working alongside ownership, designers, project teams and international brand stakeholders throughout this high-profile journey.

We are seeking a commercially driven and internationally polished hospitality leader with proven experience in luxury or upscale hotel operations, large-scale refurbishment projects, and resort or conference environments. Fluency in French and strong commercial acumen are essential.
