Katherine has served as Office Manager at Hospitality People Group since 1997, playing a central role in the smooth day-to-day running of the business. She provides vital support to the three recruitment teams, as well as their candidates and clients, ensuring that operations run efficiently across all areas.

With a strong focus on organisation and process, Katherine oversees administrative systems and implements effective procedures that enable the business to perform at its best in a fast-paced, people-focused recruitment environment.

Before joining Hospitality People Group, Katherine gained valuable front-of-house experience in hotels across London and Scotland. This background has given her a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, allowing her to better support both clients and candidates.
