About the Role
Reporting into the wider commercial leadership structure, the Cluster Revenue Manager will act as the revenue management subject-matter expert across both properties, driving total revenue and profitable contribution through data-led commercial decisions.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and execute tailored revenue strategies across both hotels.
- Drive pricing, inventory, restrictions and distribution strategies to maximise revenue and profitability.
- Lead forecasting, budgeting and performance analysis, identifying trends and recommending corrective actions.
- Evaluate transient, group, wholesale, contract and Meetings & Events business, including displacement and total account value.
- Monitor demand generators, market trends, competitor activity and booking patterns to identify commercial opportunities.
- Ensure accurate rates, inventory, content and system configuration across all relevant channels.
- Lead structured revenue and commercial meetings and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
- Work closely with General Managers and Sales, Marketing, F&B, Operations, Finance and Meetings & Events teams.
- Influence and challenge stakeholders through strong commercial expertise, despite having no direct reports.
- Maintain high standards of data integrity, reporting and follow-through across both properties.
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 3 years of progressive hotel revenue management, pricing or commercial analytics experience.
- Previous multi-property or cluster experience is preferred.
- Previous experience working for an international brand is strongly preferred.
- Strong experience in pricing, inventory management, forecasting, budgeting, segmentation and distribution.
- Experience evaluating group and Meetings & Events business, including displacement analysis.
- Excellent understanding of hotel commercial performance metrics and competitive benchmarking.
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with PMS, CRS, RMS, channel management and BI systems.
- Strong analytical, commercial and decision-making capabilities.
- Professional fluency in French and English.
- A proactive, hands-on and collaborative approach, with the ability to influence without formal authority.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded Revenue Manager to take ownership of two properties across two key French markets, with significant scope to influence strategy, performance and profitability.
Location: Paris or Bordeaux, with periodic travel to the other property.
