Director of Sales and Marketing - Brussels

We are looking for an experienced Director of Sales & Marketing to lead the commercial strategy and market launch of a new lifestyle hotel in Brussels, opening in Summer 2027 following a major refurbishment.

This is a key pre-opening role for a highly connected Brussels commercial leader with a strong local network and a proven track record in hotel sales, business development and MICE.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the pre-opening sales and marketing strategy
• Drive business development across corporate, MICE, association, institutional and leisure markets
• Leverage an established Brussels network to build the hotel's pipeline and market presence
• Identify opportunities to win market share from competitors
• Build and lead a high-performing Sales & Marketing team
• Develop strong relationships with key industry and destination partners
• Work closely with the General Manager, Revenue and ownership to maximise commercial performance

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong senior commercial experience within the Brussels hotel market
• An established network across corporate, MICE and institutional segments
• A proven track record of proactive sales and business development
• Strong commercial and leadership skills
• Pre-opening or repositioning experience is advantageous
• Fluency in English and either French or Flemish
• EU working rights
