The Role
As General Manager, you will have full operational responsibility, ensuring the highest standards across guest experience, financial performance, and team leadership. You will act as a key link between ownership, brand, and on-property teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring excellence in service, quality, and brand standards
• Drive financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability targets
• Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance asset value and market positioning
• Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing leadership team
• Maintain strong relationships with ownership, brand partners, and key stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements, cost efficiencies, and revenue growth
• Ensure compliance with all corporate governance, reporting, and regulatory requirements

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a General Manager in a luxury or upper-upscale hotel environment
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving financial performance
• Deep understanding of hotel operations, asset management, and brand standards
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills
• Experience working with institutional ownership structures is highly desirable
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
