Head of Marketing - London

We are looking for a commercially minded Head of Marketing to lead the delivery of brand and marketing strategy across a portfolio of lifestyle hotels in the UK and Europe.

This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced marketer who can translate strategy into impactful campaigns, drive customer engagement and lead a high-performing marketing team.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the annual marketing plan and integrated campaign delivery
• Oversee brand, digital, CRM, PR, content and partnership activity
• Drive customer acquisition, engagement and direct bookings
• Lead and develop the central marketing team
• Manage agency relationships, budgets and marketing performance
• Support new hotel openings, rebrands and major brand initiatives

The ideal candidate will have:

• Significant senior marketing leadership experience
• Strong experience in hospitality, lifestyle, travel or another customer-led sector
• Proven success delivering integrated, multi-channel campaigns
• Strong commercial and analytical skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
• Experience working across multiple sites, markets or an international organisation
• Must be eligible to work in the UK
