Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Define, document, and execute winning revenue strategies across your assigned cluster (by room type, segments, and lead time).

Rate & Mix Optimization: Maximize room revenue through meticulous business mix optimization, rate manipulation, and the management of daily rate grids.

Data & Systems Management: Control revenue management system setups, monitor distribution changes directly in OTA extranets, and ensure precise reporting solutions (including overbookings and room supplements).

Forecasting & Reporting: Produce monthly forecasts per Property/Month/Segment and deliver weekly, monthly, and annual reports to drive commercial alignment and corrective actions.

Innovation: Constantly test, learn, assess impact, and iterate to stay ahead of the market.

Mentorship & Projects: Act as a "buddy" to coach and train junior CRMs, champion team best practices, and support the Director on high-impact strategic projects.
What We Are Looking For:

Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a similar revenue management role, ideally within the Hospitality or Travel sectors.

Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success managing multi-property revenue portfolios.

Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, sharp commercial acumen, and a heavy focus on data.

Communication: Exceptional stakeholder communication and presentation skills, paired with a transparent and positive team-player attitude.
