About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join during a period of growth and transformation – balancing established locations with new openings, while building meaningful client relationships and driving commercial success.

If you’re naturally relationship-focused, thrive on uncovering new opportunities, and know how to turn conversations into long-term partnerships, this could be your next move.

About the Opportunity

This isn’t traditional hospitality.

Our client creates thoughtfully designed spaces that blend the comfort of home with the energy, style, and atmosphere of contemporary lifestyle stays. With a growing presence across the UK and Europe, they are focused on delivering memorable guest experiences for business travellers, relocators, project teams, and leisure guests alike.

As Area Sales Manager, you’ll oversee sales activity across a regional cluster of properties, helping to shape commercial performance during an exciting period of expansion.

Reporting into senior leadership, you’ll play a key role in both pre-opening strategy and ongoing sales delivery, using your local market expertise and network to unlock sustainable revenue growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Developing and executing regional sales plans across multiple properties in the North
  • Building, nurturing, and expanding relationships with corporate, relocation, agency, and local business accounts
  • Identifying and converting new business opportunities through proactive networking and outreach
  • Managing key accounts and conducting regular reviews to maximise revenue opportunities
  • Collaborating with central sales teams to support wider B2B and national account activity
  • Representing the business at networking events, exhibitions, conferences, and client showcases
  • Delivering engaging sales presentations, property tours, and familiarisation trips
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and reporting sales activity to key stakeholders
  • Supporting the commercial success of both newly launched and stabilised locations

What We’re Looking For

You’re commercially sharp, proactive, and confident building strong relationships at every level.

You’ll likely bring:

  • 4+ years’ experience in hospitality, serviced apartment, aparthotel, or relocation housing sales
  • A proven track record of managing high-value client portfolios and delivering revenue growth
  • Strong local market knowledge and professional networks across the North West region
  • Experience in account management, B2B sales, and pipeline development
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • A highly organised approach with strong commercial awareness
  • Confidence using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for reporting and presentations
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK as sponsoruhsip will not be provided

Why Join?

This is a chance to be part of a hospitality business entering a new phase of growth and evolution.

You’ll join a team that values creativity, individuality, and commercial ambition – where people are encouraged to bring ideas, challenge convention, and make a visible impact.

If you’re motivated by growth, relationship-building, and being part of something with momentum, we’d love to hear from you.
