About the Role
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will lead sales activity across a cluster of London properties, driving revenue growth through strategic account management, business development and commercial partnerships.
You'll work across corporate, MICE, relocation, group and extended stay sectors, identifying opportunities to grow market share, strengthen client relationships and maximise performance across the portfolio.
Combining strategic thinking with hands-on sales execution, you'll play a key role in supporting existing properties while contributing to the successful commercial launch of future openings.
This role is based in the London HQ 5 days a week.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans aligned with commercial objectives and revenue targets across the London portfolio
- Deliver and exceed ambitious B2B revenue goals across multiple properties
- Manage and grow key corporate, agency, relocation, MICE and group accounts
- Generate new business through prospecting, networking, client engagement and strategic account acquisition
- Identify new revenue opportunities across corporate travel, extended stay, relocation, project business and meetings & events sectors
- Collaborate with national and global account teams to maximise portfolio-wide opportunities
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through effective CRM management and forecasting
- Represent the business at industry events, exhibitions, networking functions and client meetings
- Host property showcases, familiarisation trips and presentations to drive awareness and conversion
- Support commercial activities for new property openings and market expansion initiatives
- Work closely with Revenue Management, Marketing and Operations teams to optimise performance
About You
You are a commercially driven hospitality sales professional with a passion for building relationships and delivering results.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy winning new business and have a proven ability to manage high-value client portfolios while consistently exceeding targets.
Confident, proactive and highly organised, you're equally comfortable developing strategy and rolling up your sleeves to make things happen.
Experience & Expertise
- Minimum 5 years' experience in hotel, serviced apartment, lifestyle hospitality or relocation housing sales
- Proven experience managing multi-property or cluster sales responsibilities
- Strong track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering revenue growth
- Experience managing client portfolios generating £5m+ in annual revenue
- Excellent knowledge of London's corporate travel, extended stay and MICE markets
- Established network of corporate buyers, travel management companies, relocation agencies and industry contacts
- Strong business development and strategic account management capability
- Excellent negotiation, presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced proficiency in CRM systems, sales reporting tools and Microsoft Office
- Strong understanding of hospitality distribution channels and B2B sales processes
- Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK as sponsorship will not be provided
