About the Role
Are you ready to launch London’s next landmark venue?
We are seeking an entrepreneurial, commercially astute General Manager to lead the pre-opening and ongoing operation of an ambitious, high-end private members' club in the heart of Soho. Housed in a beautifully restored Grade I listed Georgian townhouse, this venue will merge exceptional hospitality with exclusive cultural programming and elite member experiences.
This is a rare, founding role offering complete autonomy to shape a legendary institution from day one.
The Role
Joining approximately six months ahead of launch, you will oversee the transition from construction site to fully operational club.

Pre-Opening: Build your leadership team, design operational standards, and manage the mobilization strategy.

Post-Opening: Take full ownership of the club’s commercial success, P&L, member engagement, and food & beverage partnerships.
Must-Have Requirements
To be considered for this high-profile role, you must possess:

Private Members' Club Experience: Proven senior leadership experience within a premium private members' club environment.

Pre-Opening Expertise: A successful track record of leading a pre-opening or major refurbishment for a luxury hotel or private club.

London Market Knowledge: Deep, active knowledge of the London hospitality market, its trends, and its high-profile clientele.

Commercial Drive: Strong financial acumen with direct responsibility for P&L performance.
