About the Role
The Opportunity
Reporting to the VP of Sales & Reservations, you will lead our European Corporate and MICE sales strategy, developing high-value client relationships while identifying new opportunities to grow market share, revenue and brand visibility.
You'll work closely with corporate travel buyers, procurement teams, agencies, event organisers and strategic partners to position our portfolio as a preferred accommodation solution across key European markets.
This role combines strategic planning, account leadership, commercial negotiation and business development, offering the opportunity to make a measurable impact on the future growth of an ambitious hospitality business.
This role is based on-site 5 days a week, either at the Berlin or Munich property.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a proactive Corporate and MICE sales strategy across Europe
- Manage and grow relationships with key corporate accounts, travel buyers and MICE partners
- Lead negotiations on rates, contracts and preferred partnership agreements
- Drive revenue growth through strategic account management and new business development
- Create and implement regional growth plans informed by market trends and customer demand
- Identify and secure new corporate partnerships and commercial opportunities
- Collaborate with Revenue Management, Marketing and Operations teams to maximise performance
- Analyse commercial performance and channel effectiveness, delivering actionable recommendations
- Represent the business at industry events, trade shows and networking opportunities across Europe
- Act as a senior commercial ambassador for the brand within the corporate travel and meetings sector
About You
You are a commercially driven hospitality professional with a proven ability to develop strategic partnerships and deliver exceptional results across corporate and MICE channels.
You thrive in relationship-led environments, understand complex procurement processes and are confident influencing stakeholders at every level. Strategic, analytical and entrepreneurial, you're motivated by growth and passionate about creating long-term value.
Experience & Expertise
- Significant experience managing strategic Corporate and MICE partnerships within hospitality
- Minimum 5 years' experience within hotel sales across European markets
- Proven responsibility for £5m+ annual account portfolios
- Strong track record of delivering revenue growth through corporate travel and MICE channels
- Deep understanding of corporate travel procurement, meetings and events buying cycles and distribution strategies
- Experience managing regional and national corporate accounts across multiple European markets
- Strong commercial negotiation and contract management capability
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Advanced knowledge of CRM systems, reporting tools and commercial performance analysis
- Strong understanding of European business cultures and corporate travel landscapes
- Candidates should be able to work in the EU as sponsorship will not be provided
