About the Role

The Opportunity

Reporting to the VP of Sales & Reservations, you'll manage a portfolio of key accounts while supporting new business development across the extended stay market.

As Key Account Manager for Extended Stay Sales, you will be working closely with relocation companies, booking agencies and corporate partners, you'll be responsible for developing long-term relationships, maximising account performance and ensuring clients receive an outstanding experience from initial enquiry through to delivery.

You'll collaborate with teams across Revenue Management, Marketing and Operations to create seamless solutions for clients while contributing to the continued commercial success of a growing international hospitality business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of extended stay accounts, including relocation companies and booking agencies
  • Build strong client relationships to maximise retention, satisfaction and repeat business
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities within the extended stay sector
  • Support the development and execution of strategic account plans to drive revenue growth
  • Prepare commercial proposals, assist with rate negotiations and support RFP and contracting processes
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and delivery of client expectations
  • Monitor account performance and provide regular reporting, insights and recommendations
  • Represent the business at industry events, networking opportunities and client meetings
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting a service-led and relationship-focused approach

About You

You're a proactive relationship builder with strong commercial instincts and a passion for hospitality.

You enjoy working with clients, spotting opportunities and finding solutions that deliver value for both the customer and the business. Organised, driven and highly collaborative, you're comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience & Expertise

  • 4+ years' experience in hospitality, serviced apartments, relocation housing or related accommodation sectors
  • Proven experience managing client portfolios worth £3m+ annually
  • Strong understanding of extended stay sales channels and procurement processes
  • Experience in account management, sales or business development roles
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Commercial awareness with experience supporting negotiations and client discussions
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools
  • Ability to build trust and credibility with clients and internal stakeholders alike
  • Candidates should be eligible to work in the UK as sponsorship will not be provided
