About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Regional Director of Operations to lead performance across a portfolio of resort and full-service hotel assets in the UK.
This is a senior leadership role with full accountability for operational performance, commercial delivery, and P&L management across a portfolio of resort hotels.
Working closely with General Managers, you will lead performance across rooms, golf & memberships, F&B, leisure, spa, and events — ensuring exceptional guest and member experiences while driving profitability and maintaining brand standards.
This role requires a commercially focused, hands-on operator with strong resort experience and the ability to lead complex, multi-revenue operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support General Managers across multi-site resort operations
- Drive operational excellence across rooms, golf, leisure, spa, F&B, and events
- Hold full P&L responsibility, delivering EBITDA growth and strong cost control
- Maximise revenue performance across all income streams including rooms, golf, memberships, F&B, and events
- Challenge pricing, forecasting, and commercial strategies to drive profitability
- Maintain exceptional guest and member experience standards across all properties
- Lead, develop, and mentor senior operational teams
- Ensure compliance, asset protection, and brand standards are consistently maintained Build strong relationships with ownership group, brand partners, and key stakeholders
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience operating resort or large full-service hotels with multiple revenue streams
- Strong background in golf, leisure, spa, or membership-led operations
- Significant experience managing full P&Ls and driving commercial performance
- Experience overseeing multi-site or cluster hotel operations
- Strong financial, operational, and people leadership capability
- Commercially driven with a track record of improving revenue and profitability
- Experience within branded hotel environments
- Visible, hands-on leadership style with the ability to influence at all levels
- Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK
