About the Role
This is a high-impact role for a sales professional who thrives on developing strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth, and securing new business within the hospitality and accommodation sector.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will take ownership of commercial performance, lead property-level sales strategy, and deliver ambitious revenue targets through a combination of account management and proactive business development.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, has strong market knowledge, and brings an entrepreneurial approach to sales.
The Role
As Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to maximise revenue performance and market share.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and delivering property-level sales strategies aligned with commercial objectives and KPIs
- Taking full ownership of B2B revenue targets and consistently delivering against performance expectations
- Managing and growing key accounts to maximise existing revenue opportunities
- Identifying, pursuing, and securing new corporate business to generate incremental revenue growth
- Building relationships across direct corporate clients, Travel Management Companies (TMCs), serviced apartment booking agencies, consortia, and other B2B intermediaries
- Driving revenue opportunities across multiple segments including corporate, groups, meetings & events, and extended stay business
- Working collaboratively with wider commercial and key account teams to optimise business opportunities
- Maintaining accurate CRM records, pipeline management, and reporting standards
- Producing detailed sales activity and performance reports for key stakeholders
- Hosting property showcases, familiarisation trips, presentations, and networking events to build brand awareness and win business
About You
We are looking for a commercially minded sales professional with strong relationship-building skills and a proven ability to exceed targets.
You will ideally bring:
- 4+ years’ experience within hospitality sales, ideally across international or European markets
- A strong track record of delivering and exceeding sales targets
- Experience in strategic account management and new business development
- Strong local market knowledge and an active professional network within hospitality, travel, or corporate sectors
- A solid understanding of the business travel and serviced accommodation landscape
- Excellent negotiation, planning, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
- Candidates should be eligible to work in the EU
