About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join at pre-opening stage and help shape the commercial success of a brand-new property from day one. You’ll lead relationship-building, generate demand, secure key business partnerships, and help establish a strong market presence in one of London’s most dynamic locations.

If you thrive on creating opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and turning strategy into results, we want to hear from you.

About the Opportunity

This isn’t conventional hospitality.

Our client is redefining modern lifestyle stays through beautifully designed spaces, thoughtful service, and experiences that feel distinctive, inspiring, and effortlessly welcoming. Combining the comfort of home with the energy of contemporary hospitality, their properties attract business travellers, project teams, relocators, and city explorers alike.

As Senior Sales Manager, you’ll be instrumental in supporting the launch and ongoing commercial performance of a flagship new property in Canary Wharf.

Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, you’ll focus on driving awareness, generating revenue, nurturing key partnerships, and converting early interest into long-term business success.

This is a hands-on, on-property position based five days per week, ideal for someone who enjoys being visible, connected, and actively involved in a fast-paced launch environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Developing and executing a strategic sales plan for the property
  • Driving revenue growth while delivering and exceeding sales targets
  • Building, managing, and growing relationships with corporate, relocation, agency, and local business accounts
  • Identifying and converting new business opportunities across the Canary Wharf, City, and East London markets
  • Managing key accounts and delivering regular client reviews to maximise commercial opportunities
  • Collaborating with central sales teams to support wider B2B and national account activity
  • Representing the property at networking events, conferences, exhibitions, and industry functions
  • Hosting property showcases, familiarisation visits, and sales presentations
  • Maintaining CRM systems and delivering accurate sales reporting
  • Supporting the successful commercial launch and positioning of a brand-new hospitality destination

What We’re Looking For

You’ll be commercially minded, relationship-driven, and energised by the challenge of launching something new.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • 4+ years’ experience in hotel, serviced apartment, aparthotel, or relocation housing sales
  • Proven success managing high-value client accounts and delivering sustained revenue growth
  • Strong local market knowledge and professional networks across Canary Wharf, East London, and the City
  • Experience in hospitality sales, account management, and B2B business development
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • A proactive, organised, and highly driven approach
  • Strong proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK as sponsorship will not be provided

Why Join?

This is more than a sales role — it’s an opportunity to be part of the launch of a destination designed to challenge expectations of modern hospitality.

You’ll join a business experiencing exciting growth, where creativity, individuality, and commercial ambition are valued equally. You’ll have the chance to make a visible impact, build something meaningful, and help shape the success story of a standout new opening in London.

If you’re ready to combine strategic sales expertise with the energy of a launch environment, we’d love to hear from you.
